Chicken Nihari Recipes
Ingredients
Chicken Doklo, Nahari Masala one packet, several onions one chopped green chilies three, oil one bowl, ginger garlic paste one tablespoon, ginger chopped one tablespoon, curd three tablespoons, roasted flour four tablespoons spoon, half a kilo of chicken bones for chilling, one teaspoon of unpeeled garlic, four large cardamoms, four glasses of water, half a teaspoon of fennel, four tablespoons of ground flour, salt to taste.
Recipe
Cut the chicken into large pieces and separate the bones for freezing. Now add chicken bones, fennel, four glasses of water, ground cardamom, large cardamom, salt to taste, and unpeeled garlic and cook it on low flame. Now heat oil in a pot and fry the chopped onion until golden add chicken and fry lightly. When the water dries up, add Nihari masala, curd, and ginger garlic paste and fry for five to ten minutes. After that add the ice cream. When they start to cook, dissolve the flour in a little water and add it little by little and keep stirring with a wooden spoon. After that, add chopped ginger and chopped green chilies, cover, and keep it for ten minutes. When the oil comes to the top, serve with the prepared naan. Add green chilies, lemon, and ginger.
